1. How long do be-spoke items take to produce?
    • Because we have a wide range of plant and machinery, we can adapt to your specific project requirements. For most orders we prefer to produce a sample so that you can see exactly how the product will be made.
  2. How do I provide Artwork?
    • Artwork should be sent as print ready Hi-Res PDF files, and must be provided in CMYK, along with any Spot or Pantone colours identified. If you require assistance with your artwork, please speak to us.
  3. Which is the best material?
    • We work with both PVC (flexible) and Polyprop (Rigid), and depending on your project each material has its benefits. For example a Ring Binder can be produced with either PVC, with board inside to strengthen it, or using Polyprop in a rigid grade. Travel wallets and pockets are produced in PVC due to their flexibility. The best advice we can give is to speak to us if you are unsure.
  4. What capacity do you have?
    • As the UK’s biggest supplier of be-spoke PVC products, we have the largest plant in the UK, so therefore we can provide un-matched capacity in the market place. From a small order of 50 binders, through to contract runs of millions, we are the best possible choice for your business.
  5. How do I choose the correct ring Mechanism?
    • Choosing the mechanism for your binder is important. We have a Mech measurer tool which we can send to you free of charge to spec any current sample you have, or alternatively we can advise which size will suit your requirements. There are also online guides as to how you should choose your mechanism, see our downloads section.
  6. I am a Distributor / Print Manager, what about confidentiality?
    • We work with most of the UK’s Print Management companies, on various projects, and pride ourselves on our ability to fit exactly with your requirements for confidentiality and white label packaging. We use unbranded boxes and labels, and we can produce delivery notes if required with your details, or using labels provided by you.
  7. I don’t need all my delivery at once, can you help?
    • We look at every project as individual. We can setup a production schedule to supply a constant flow of supply, or alternatively supply all at once. We have several long running contracts that we produce literally every week, making deliveries as they are required.
